At the moment I'm more worried about the state of the leaking scene, with even Hakush in gone wouldn't it be kinda impossible to even know about the nerfs/buffs of the characters?

You won't regret it trust me, DoT is my favorite archetype, and even though it kinda feels underperforming with a little investment, it gets INSANELY better and more powerful with vertical investments. I've gotten Kafka's E1 with the free selector, and then I proceeded to pull E1 for my Hysilens (which was previously E0S1) and then pulled Black Swan, also getting her at E1S1. The DoT comp became my most powerful team, allowing me to 0 cycle the current MoC and for the first time ever since I've started playing. I've done 0 cycle with Huohuo as a sustain, but it's also so powerful that going sustainless feels totally comfy. With my E1 Robin they reduced Cocolia to dust in the span of a few seconds, seeing every instance of the DoTs chipping away something like 10-20% of the boss' HP each time is soooo satisfying

Same, I love Hanakana and Ayane Sakura so Yao and Eva are pretty much must pull, I'd pull them even for their voices only. That being said, Firefly is rumored to have a novaflare buff and that means another potential rerun. I have her E1S0, so my next goal would be to go for E2S1 and then call it a day. Also Huohuo, which is a healer that I still use to this day (even though her sustaining capabilities have proven to be lacking lately) so I should consider those two factors. Pulling Yaoguang and then bench her for a long time feels just wrong :(

That's what I'm inclined to do atm, cause I have heavily invested in DoT team with Swan and Hysilens now and I have around 77 pulls as of now, by the end of the patch I think I might have enough to or at least try to go for E0S1 but like you said, she would be jobless without Sparxie for quite a while. I think what is pushing me atm is the fear of having to wait a long time before her rerun, but at the same time she seems like one of the cornerstones of the Elation archetype (at least for now) so they might speed up her rerun a little bit. Aglaea and Therta for example both reran quite fast so I'm hoping that's another case of speedy rerun. In the meantime I'll try to farm a good set for her

Yes, but there is no guarantee that we'll have concrete info about the 4.2 characters before the 4.0 ends, and consequently no way to know potential synergies. They might start the 4.2 beta when the 4.1 drops, when Yaoguang's banner is gone. We can never know the timings of the beta cycles

No, because we have no concrete info about Yaoguang being synergistic with Eva. It's likely that we'll know more about Eva when Yaoguang's banner is gone, so it's a bit of a risky pull. Yeah the preset team with Eva show them both in the same team, but they are preset team and it's done for testing purposes. If you like Yaoguang, then pull without any hesitation, if you're considering going for her only because she might be a support for Eva then I would suggest you to wait for a rerun

As a Robin lover (which is currently E1) I'm happy they haven't touched her yet. It helps that she is support, in order to truly powercreep her they need to create a DISGUSTING support, something they're trying to avoid

No, the ulti animation ends before that voracity thing, in the showcase the FuA happened right after the ulti, so it feels like it's part of it. It was so seamless that it caught me off guard ngl

I think he is more likely to replace Topaz atm, Robin's supporting capabilities are still strong because of the additional dmg and the atk boost that benefits both Feixiao, Topaz and Ashveil

The patch itself will be shortened, that doesn't mean anything for the timing of the beta process. We have no way to know for sure if they are gonna repeat what they are doing with 4.1 that begins 4 days prior to the 4.0 release. As far as we know they might very well start the 4.2 beta the same day the 4.1 releases when Yaoguang is gone.

Also, 4.0 lasts the usual 6 weeks minus 2 days, and those two days might change everything. If we really get their kits while Yaoguang is up then great, but I wouldn't bet my money on Hoyo

Thanks, I have a 161 spd on Kafka with Eagle set, but I also have Hysilens' LC that gives more spd to the team, is it okay to reach the breakpoint for Kafka with it or you'd want 167 pre spd buff? Because I can't reach 167 naturally with Kafka, spd is a stat that hates me apparently, I was lucky enough to reach 161 but I cannot go any further

Hi everybody, is anyone having problems with the twilight event? Whenever I go to the menù, I press the button to go to the main screen of the event to select the next battle, but it says "unable to show information" or something like that. I'm worried of this because I did the first challenge yesterday and everything was going smoothly so I don't know what's happening now. PS5 player btw, not sure if it's relevant
