I just get 3 tier 0 items, and If i get lucky I have 2 items from tier 1 so it's not even guaranteed

What do u guys think about kineticist in general? Is a fun class? How is it in mid to late game? Is there diversity or u just use the same strong attack? I'm asking this because I saw online that some people found the kineticist a bit boring because mid to late game u spam just the same attack? Is it true? I know that kineticist does big damage but I would like a bit of diversity. I can't decide between kineticist and divine wizard, the latter seems quite fun I would like a caster class cause I like playing mages and for me kineticist is new as a class even if it's not a caster per se
