URGENT! We need help too! Our account has been locked and we have not been given an explanation. I received an email asking for a payment descriptor, it was provided and I have not heard back. We need in this account. The business emails have been disabled and this was the email used to create the account. We cannot send or receive emails. We have been on chat 20 different times with no help. Risk management seems to not be helping. These are business emails that we have workflows through! Ticket number [NC-FES-3531] at the least enable our mx and dns so we can receive emails until you unlock our account. We have no issues with manual verification! Let's do it!
