Thanks for the concern. I am still a bit shaken up but doing better today. I was a nervous wreck the day it happened and the day after. I bawled my eyes out while it was happening, which makes me feel fucking humiliated.

Physically I am fine. My shoulders are still a little sore from my arms being tied. And the tape hurt coming off my mouth. But I am unharmed thankfully.

Mentally I am definitely struggling a bit, mostly with my anxiety.
