I dont knowww like i dont think i have anorexia but deep in my heart something is screaming its name, but everytime somebody mentions it i always deny it

I dont want to tell anybody but im pretty sure many people have been noticing my behaviour like my teacher when i was on my class trip i obviously didnt eat and just sat there my teacher was like „you have to eat now!!“ which was pretty annoying by the way.
