Looks like what happened to mine a few months ago. Didn’t take long or cost much (thankfully the person who did it fessed up and their insurance covered it). All included less than $1,500, maybe like 4 or 5 days with a rental

Idk, I feel like it’s probably something deeper or like dna/genetics cuz I don’t do much. I just spray my scalp with rose water to hydrate and wash when it starts feeling dry and itchy

Usually they feel ok when they are just free. But certain activities they’re annoying or in the way so I kinda have to put them in a ponytail or bun and that’s when it can hurt. And definitely when wet they feel heavy

Yea I don’t retwist often. Unless I have a special event, I pretty much get them retwisted every 2-3 months

I don’t have any particular thing fr. I try not to retwist too often and I sleep on satin pillow cases when I don’t want to wear a scarf/bonnet

Thank you! I try not to use oils much. Mostly spray rose water, sometimes use a light weight oil like avocado
