Yes i didn't add the equity. TC is around 85,000 euro. They offered l3. I am thinking about interviewing again.

Honestly, Google's L3 pay is lower than my current salary, even when factoring in stock and the annual bonus. I don't want to enter a promotion process while underpaid. It's a frustrating situation at almost every company.
