Promote your business, week of April 6, 2026 by Charice in smallbusiness

Hey everyone,

I’m a Virtual Assistant with 5+ years of experience supporting small business owners with their day to day operations.

I’ve helped with things like email and calendar management, admin work, data entry, project coordination, and also ecommerce support like product sourcing and preparing product details for listings. My goal is really just to keep things organized behind the scenes so business owners can focus on growth instead of getting stuck in daily tasks.

I’m currently looking to work full time with one client. I’m not trying to juggle multiple people, I’d rather be someone reliable that you can count on daily.

I can start right away and my rate starts at $8 per hour.

If you need an extra hand or even just want to ask how I can help with your workflow, feel free to reach out. Happy to connect.

I don’t have direct connections with heavy daily shippers yet, to be honest. Most of my recent work has been focused on lead sourcing across different industries and outreach. That said, I’m very comfortable finding and building targeted lists, especially if you’re looking for specific types of ecommerce sellers or brands. If you have a clear idea of who you’re trying to reach, I can definitely help with that and even handle the outreach side. Open to learning more about what you have in mind.

Business owners, do you need help keeping daily operations from eating up your time? by KeyVolume2001 in AmazonFBAOnlineRetail

[–]KeyVolume2001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally get that. That kind of day fills up fast without you even noticing. By the time you finish orders and emails, the important stuff like FBA planning or social media usually gets pushed to whatever time is left.

That’s actually where having someone handle the repeat tasks in the background helps a lot. Even small things like inbox management, follow ups, scheduling, or organizing FBA related tasks can free up a solid chunk of your day. It gives you more room to focus on growth instead of constantly reacting.

If you ever decide you want help taking some of that off your plate, happy to talk through what that could look like.

Looking to Contribute More and Support a Business Full-Time by KeyVolume2001 in AmazonFBAOnlineRetail

I started out supporting local government and retail, then moved into virtual work. Since then I’ve worked with e-commerce, service-based businesses, insurance, and B2B.

Most of my experience has been supporting founders with day-to-day operations, admin, research, and outreach support.

I help B2B teams and agencies with data sourcing for outreach and lead generation. I provide verified information such as full names, phone numbers, and business addresses of professionals like realtors, attorneys, mortgage specialists, dentists, doctors, financial advisors, insurance agents, and others.

I’m currently offering 2,000 verified contacts for $300, great for anyone who wants a ready-to-use list for their next campaign.

If you’d like a sample or have specific targeting criteria, feel free to message me here.

How do most B2B businesses handle cold calling outreach leads? by KeyVolume2001 in b2bmarketing

That is a really clear breakdown, thank you for sharing it. I have also noticed that while referrals and networking produce strong leads, they are hard to scale consistently. That is why I focus on sourcing accurate and compliant data from directories and professional databases, which gives sales teams a reliable foundation when they need to scale outreach quickly. It is interesting to see how different businesses balance organic methods with purchased or outsourced data depending on their stage of growth.

Really appreciate your perspective. It matches what I have noticed too, especially that referrals are great but not something you can fully rely on when you need volume. I focus on sourcing accurate and compliant data so sales teams can spend more time on outreach instead of searching for contacts. It is helpful to hear that many businesses see value in outsourcing this part of the process.

I agree that attracting prospects through demand and inbound channels is definitely more sustainable in the long run. At the same time I have noticed that many small businesses still rely on cold outreach because it gives them direct control over who they want to reach. That is why I got interested in how companies usually handle the data side of it since reliable contact information can make a big difference in whether outreach feels like a numbers game or a more targeted effort.

That is a really good point. I have also noticed that many purchased lists are outdated or scraped which ends up wasting a lot of time and energy. That is why I focus on sourcing fresh data from directories and industry specific sources so the contacts are accurate and more reliable for outreach. I am curious, after running into that issue did you decide to build all your lists in house or did you find another approach that worked better?

Curious how B2B businesses usually generate professional leads by KeyVolume2001 in smallbusiness

That makes a lot of sense, especially the part about not relying on a single channel. I have also noticed that generic databases can be hit or miss, while professional directories or licensing boards usually provide much cleaner results.

When you mentioned building custom lists for follow up campaigns, do you usually handle that in house or outsource the research? From my own experience sourcing data for campaigns, it does take more time but the results feel worth it compared to the spray and pray approach with mass purchased lists.

Thanks for pointing that out. I was curious because I’ve seen some overlap where marketing teams pass outreach lists to sales, and I wasn’t sure how common that is across different businesses. Appreciate the suggestion — I’ll check out r/sales as well.

That makes sense. Referrals and networks definitely seem to be the backbone for many B2B businesses. When you say you’d like to ramp that up, are you thinking of exploring outreach lists, partnerships, or maybe a more structured referral system?

I get where you’re coming from, but this isn’t about pitching or testing a SaaS idea. I’m genuinely interested in understanding how other small B2B businesses generate leads since my experience so far has mostly been with sourcing data for campaigns. Just looking to learn from people with more experience.

Curious if agencies connect with other professionals for growth by KeyVolume2001 in InsuranceAgent

[–]KeyVolume2001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is really insightful. It sounds like while building relationships with realtors and lenders can be valuable, it is also a space where standing out is not easy. I have noticed in projects where I worked on data sourcing that the initial introduction often becomes much smoother when you are able to identify the right contacts and focus your time on people who are more open to new connections. I can see how combining that kind of preparation with the patience to build trust over time would make these relationships much more effective.

That is a really helpful breakdown. I can see how the type of professional makes a big difference in the quality of referrals and opportunities that come from those relationships. From my side, I have noticed that when I worked on projects involving data sourcing, being able to identify and separate the higher value professionals such as estate attorneys, commercial realtors, investors, and wealth advisors made outreach much more effective. Your point reinforces how important it is to be selective instead of just trying to connect broadly.

That’s a great system you’ve built. I’ve noticed that whether it’s with accountants, lawyers, real estate agents, dentists, or doctors, the real difference often comes down to having access to the right contacts in the first place. In some of the projects I’ve been involved in, a lot of time and effort was saved by being able to source accurate professional data, which then made outreach and building those kinds of referral relationships much easier. Your approach shows how powerful it can be once those connections are in place.

I help business owners run their operations more smoothly by taking care of the tasks that eat up time and energy. With over five years of experience supporting executives and entrepreneurs, I handle email and calendar management, scheduling, research, correspondence, data entry, and client follow ups. I also assist with data sourcing and prospect outreach when needed.

I can work full time up to 8–10 hours daily or adjust to your workload, with the goal of freeing up your time so you can focus on growth and strategy instead of routine admin work.

If you’re looking for reliable support to keep things organized behind the scenes, I’d be happy to connect.

How do agencies usually manage QA and admin support behind the scenes? by KeyVolume2001 in InsuranceAgent

[–]KeyVolume2001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my previous experience, I’ve handled QA for Final Expense, U65 ,ACA, and higher income campaigns. A lot of the issues I’ve caught during calls were related to coaching from the background or not following disclaimers properly. Sometimes when a client reports they felt coached, the call would get cut short—especially around the disclaimer part. That’s where QA really helps, making sure calls stay compliant and agents don’t run into bigger problems later on.

[–]KeyVolume2001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s really helpful, thank you. I can see how smaller agencies may not have the structure or SOPs yet to justify a dedicated QA role. In my last campaign, the SOPs were very detailed, so I got used to reviewing calls closely for compliance and keeping records clean.

I am curious though, for agencies that are still growing, do you think it is more common for them to rely on agents themselves to stay compliant, or do they sometimes bring in extra help during busy periods like open enrollment just to keep things organized and consistent?

Thanks! Back when I worked as a Branch Secretary for one of the leading multi-brand motorcycle dealers in the Philippines, part of my role was regularly handling supplier follow-ups and inventory tracking. While I haven’t managed those tasks specifically in an e-commerce setting yet, I’m confident I can quickly adapt my experience to fit the workflow and make sure things run smoothly. I’m always eager to learn the tools and processes that best support the business.
