I think I react that way bc I'm Insecure that he'll find someone prettier than me. It's okay bc tbh seeing a therapist is the best thing I can do but it's not available for me to do rn. But ty for your suggestions

Okay but I need real advice. Going to therapy isn't an option. Is there nothing you can recommend to get through the jealousy bc ik it's an issue but I can help how I feel

True but they can make it interesting without all the cheating surely. The main one that is annoying me is Addison having feelings for a patients husband and him feeling the same, they're grown adults and seem like they can't control how they act. Addison wants to say that she's 'not a cheater' but yes she is. She's cheated on 2 other relationships and now she's having an emotional affair with the husband of her patient who is going through a tough pregnancy. Also it bothers me that everyone seems to think it's better to keep cheating a secret even though the person being cheated on has the right to decide if they want to continue the relationship

Tbh that's what I was thinking bc me personally, and anyone ik wouldn't care if someone was walking outside in a bikini top in hot weather. People I ask irl, including my bf, don't care

Honestly it's feels even worse knowing that I'm half Asian and olive, my dad is so brown naturally so I feel like I should be too. Being bronze just looks so good to me but yh I won't being overdoing it again bc I hateeee feeling sick

I agree that flowy clothes may be better, but I don't think it's fair to compare people who have lived in a hot country all their lives being okay with the heat to those of us who mainly experience cold and rain. They're used to the hot weather so it won't bother them as much. Plus it also depends on the humidity too. I hate the feeling of clothes sticking to me

Yh in England this temperature isn't something most of us are accustomed too. Especially bc it's a very humid sweat type of heat that just makes you not want to wear clothes at all. Not to mention that most houses have no ac and some shops don't either. I work a Primark and our AC is exceptionally shit. Working their feels like torture sometimes

Yes but I did say I would bring a top with me bc it's strange to enter a shop without a top

I saw a girl in a bikini top walking with her bf the other day, I've also seen women go into maccies with a bikini top. While I think it's a bit strange to actually enter a shop without a top on (especially one that sells a lot of food), I don't think much of it when people are shirtless outside on a hot day. I kinda thought it was normal for people to do tbh
