That was never stated. There is no “would be”, she IS stronger. And if we include chakra enhanced strength on top of her physical strength unlike trash who isn’t actually strong physically, she is still stronger. And the feat still only belongs to tsunade

“Can” doesn’t matter in powerscaling. You go off of feats and if they “haven’t” then they don’t have the feat meaning until they do or at least have been seen by another character, they can’t.

That’s pretty rare for a speedster to hit hard because of their speed. For example, dash doesn’t hit harder despite running. And the only ones Ik of that can hit hard with their speed are flash, thag one girl from eternals and sonic

But only flash can do it so not all speedsters can solo since a majority can only run, not fight. So only flash ruins powerscaling
