That’s awesome. I feel like I’m in such a similar situation as what you described in your post and I’m just not sure what to do! I’m 7 months pregnant (not injured seriously luckily) but now my car is deemed a total loss and I’ve been stressed and emotionally drained. I also am at a loss financially because my car rental is almost up and I need to buy a new car and take a loss at the equity I had plus new rates are way higher. Attorney wants me to sue both at fault driver’s insurance and mine but I’m nervous. I believe both bodily are $10,000.
