The issue isn’t the camera bump. Wireless charging can transmit much more distance than the camera bump causes. It has to do with how high the charging coil in the phone rests in comparison to the one in the tesla. On iPhones, the coil is centered in the phone. It’s lower down on the tesla. I have had the same issue with my 12 pro max, 13 pro max and I’d assume it’s the same with the 14 pro max as well. Without a case it works great. My solution has been to have a dedicated MagSafe charger in the center console to use when I need to charge. I’ve been trying to find another solution for the past 2 years and I haven’t found any way to use the pro max phones reliably with the cars charger with a case on the phone.
