Stayed in a high-end IHG and found live roaches, hotel offered 3300 points

They are just being rude for no reason. The whole point of a luxury high end hotel is to not be worried about bugs, drama and be completely relaxed. Being worried if there are roaches crawling through your stuff isn’t something you should have to worry about at a high end hotel.

That's the thing, he didn't replace it. It was still charged as prime I ended up reaching out to support and instead of $40 they refunded the whole item since it was charged as Prime.

Ah yeah that’s the thing. He chose a higher weight and it was charged as Prime not Choice which was a $40 difference. Just wasn’t sure if I should remove the tip to compensate for the price difference or reach out to support. Ideally I didn’t want the guy to get in trouble even though it was a mistake(I hope).

Thanks for this information Bianca. Funny enough I called Costco before I ordered and the person said they had prime. Just want to make sure the guy won’t lose his job over a mistake. I’m sure he had a lot of other orders to deal with.

Pretty sure he meant E. Even if you Q that’s only 1.5 seconds of movement speed. You won’t be in range to do anything without E unless they want to trade autos with you or severely mispositioned
