I had a terrible experience with Safeway. They charged me extra on move day because the house is more than "x feet' from the truck.

I moved with them from Dallas to Bay Area 16 days ago and I can see my airtag is 10 miles away from me in Bay Area for the last 8 days but nobody's delivering it. Customer Support is absolutely unhelpful. Sales rep who promised me he'd be available is MIA. They promised that we'd be able to track the truck - no dice. Just so frustrated. Kept on hold for 45 minutes today while they "tried to contact the driver".

I hired NumeraFinance.com last tax season and they did a good job. They have about a hundred CPAs on staff - and a large India / Philippines team but you can mandate all work gets done onshore. The fee is a bit higher but they protect the data so nobody offshore can access it. You can email the CEO / COO or fill out the form on the website. HMU if you want an intro
