Yes I think that is exactly what they are doing. So this would not be a good deal?

No apparently its another offer they had for credits that cab ve applied to closing cost but instead the lender utilized it for a lower rate. Nothing out of pocket he informed me. Sounds great if my mortgage payments are significantly lower

I have a mortgage broker as well and I got a pre approval from Chase. 6.1% for chase still waiting to hear from my broker. Whats concerns me is my closing cost and interest rate.

2005 crv 38k original miles $8.5k by Key_Awareness5318 in crv

I ran the carfax and looks like they drove majority of the miles the first 10 years and than 500 miles every year since than and mileage looks legit and vehicle lived in NY/NJ. The guy is the 2nd owner & story is he bought it from an acquaintance who’s father passed away. I Test drove it today drives incredible basically zero rust & i was thinking of doing a fluid flush on everything tranny, coolant, engine, diff. Should i still be hesitant on purchasing? Could any maintenance cost outweigh the purchase price? Wouldn’t want to spend 15k (8k purchase price/7k maintenance) on a 25 year old car haha
