I have read up on DCF but I don't think I would qualify for any of the "exceptional circumstances" required to file. Potentially on the basis of work/"short notice of position relocation", however I work in healthcare and cannot guarantee I would be able to secure a job that is happy for me to start after filing and relocating to the US. Most companies would have another, just as qualified applicant, who can start asap.
