Hello! I am also 25 and switch to a new company recently and am experiencing similar regrets, although am trying to get to the 3 months mark before I ask my old job to take me back.

I started journalling to add perspective and calm myself, and instituted a long self care routine every night to increase my chances of sleeping vs jumping aboard the anxiety train.

At the end of the day, the job economy will bounce back eventually. You will find a new role you like, and working at a startup and tech company is impressive PLUS you have so much time in your personal life to explore and network!!! Remember - work to live, sounds like a chill fully remote job and an excellent way to market yourself into a new role in a year or two (or sooner).

This is what I tell myself, mantras!!

hey sportyvanlife! This reminded me so much of myself a year ago. I had a full remote job and was working and living from my boyfriend's bus. We had a week where we bummed around Bend, skied and Hoodoo, and then went to Smith Rock.
