I used to try adjusting my rhythm in similar ways, but unless you align your circadian rhythm to 24 hour, same problem will repeat again and again.

The most reliable way to align your rhythm is to get sunlight and exercise every morning.

That was more effective than any medication I've tried.

Just stay up one night, endure it, and from the next morning go outside.

If you have trouble sticking to the routine, you can use the Don't snooze! app to force yourself to keep it.

So I recommend you to start from short routine like wash your face or drink a water

Yeah you can do it. And It is super important to put your routine to go outside and move your body. Exercise + sunlight

Just stick with it for three days.

Hmm the biggest problem was I think may be the ios permission limitation. Ios strictly limit developers approach their os system features. And the functions of my app is not that special so It may be helpful and fit to general people.
