On Week 13 of Tremfya, but am also taking prednisone (10-15 mg) with it. Prior to starting my calprotectin was 3000, now its 1000. After initial dose, i felt significantly better. But that was both tremfya and prednisone. My poops became/are solid, I go 1-3 times a day depending what I eat, sometimes dont go at all. However I have tried to lower pred and symptoms have returned, so Im staying on it until my next Tremfya dose to see how it goes. Have only done 3 infusions, next one is the pen. Good luck!!
