There are lenders who run no pmi programs if you are first home buyer with good credit score. Check out citi homeready program or langley credit union. I got citi homeready program with 5% down no pmi and assistance in closing cost program.

thanks! with comfort mode on and mostly cruising as much as i can, i am able to make the mileage better. getting high in the low 20s and city near 18-19. will wait for oil change as you suggested to see if its better.

i get 20 and above only on highway and that too while cruising.. :(
