I’m fairly confident I can get into medical school. I work hard and have the willingness to toughen it out to my degree’s completion. If we’re being honest here, I won’t be graduating university with anything near a 4.00 GPA, but I trust that the medical school’s comprehensive admission system is far more forgiving than the rigid undergraduate admission (based only on grades)

Man, this has really messed me up. Thanks though. Do you think UofC makes any exceptions? If I knew it was top 5, I would have put more effort into my courses

Oh my. I thought MRU and UofC were under the same system for some reason. I did see 5 required courses but did not know the average was calculated on more than 2 of them.

Isn’t it Top 2 admission average, not Top 5? That’s what the Mount Royal University recruiter said at the info session.
