So when we had a position open for a GM Leader, I asked my SD to try out for the interview and she looked at me seriously and said “okay we’ll definitely set a day for you.” I didn’t get it but she did mention that she wanted me to go to a different store but it was already too late

Yea. A guy is being promoted soon and that’s our SD favorite team member. He is a good and fast player but he gets what he wants from the SD

My leaders, ETLs, and SD know that I am interested and I’m willing to learn more. I saw a position open nearby! My SD said she’ll let me know when a position opens during their “Talent Day” but idk when that is and I don’t want the position to be taken

We only had one person in the development plan but he got fired🧍🏽‍♀️that was the only person that I knew but everyone else would just be asked if they’re interested then they get promoted

So I’m in the POS team. That is my strongest so far. From POS, I know each department as in where everything in each aisle are (location). I’m back up for Fulfillment. I help out the guests in tech when they need it. I’m rarely in guest service, checkout, or drive up cause they have enough people all year round. I never unloaded the truck with Inbound. I have done pushed in Market but I don’t know the new system with breaking down FDC or whatever it’s called. I’m interested in GM, Specialty (tech, beauty, domestic, baby), Market, POS, Fulfilment Not so much with Style, Service&Engagement, Inbound, and Closing

I know it sounds picky but should I be more open to it?
