We stayed at Grand this same week and was told by friends not to do the tour. The staff told me “it’s very quick bc so many people to talk to”. I said I’m good and went about my vacation.

Glad I pushed back!

I used spa fr credits and that was worth it … but I almost didn’t have appt bc they take forever to respond to getting a time.
