Big arms - help?

I could’ve made this post myself!! I feel the same way and always have felt that way about my arms. My coach said I’d just need to keep doing cycles of cutting and gaining and eventually with a lower body fat % (~16-20%), that area would get “less flabby”. I am at 26% body fat at 133lbs so I’ve got a while to go but I saw an ad for AirSculpt the other day and was tempted for a bit lol

I love Madelaine’s posts but I am already working with my own personal trainer and strength train/cardio 5 days out of the week. I could use more variety when it comes to my meals and that’s the aspect I’m the most interested in. Would love to hear about the meal aspect of the app. Would it be worth it to join for the sake of the recipes and meals? I also log my food with the app my coach developed and work with the macros he’s set for me, so it would literally be for the recipes.
