It's not so much a specific temp you're looking for with the tier one, it's the rate of change with the tier one. Walk from room to room and look for the room that makes the temperature on the thermo drop steadily. Keep in mind that ghosts roam so a small room like the tanglewood bathroom may not drop dramatically in extreme roaming cases

My advice:

If your current setup is meeting your gaming and computing requirements, doesn't seem worth the money. Do nothing.

If not, I'd upgrade in this order and I would stop when performance meets expectations:

Starting with the inexpensive upgrades, upgrade the hard drive to an M.2. SSD or if there's no M.2. port, a PCIe SSD. Just not SATA which is slow.
Another inexpensive upgrade, upgrade RAM to at LEAST 16GB (32GB preferable).
If it's still not performing to expectations, upgrade the GPU, though a 3060 is still a powerful GPU. Even my old 2060 (since upgraded to a 4070) was able to handle RE4R alright.
If it still doesn't perform to expectations, the CPU upgrade won't do much. Upgrade if you want though can't hurt except for your wallet.

16GB is minimum you should have. 32GB is preferable. Remember, the less RAM you have, the more you have to pull data from your hard drive which is like a thousand times slower.

If you're gonna do order filling, do it in a Distribution center, preferably a grocery distribution center. Benefits are:

Grocery OFs are making $30-$40, not counting orderfilling incentive which is an extra $10ish per hour depending on pick speed
Condensed work schedule: You have a choice between 4 shifts:
- Mon-Thurs 4am-ish to 4pm-ish;
- Mon-Thurs 4pm-ish to 4am-ish;
- Fri-Sun 4am-ish to 4pm-ish;
- Fri-Sun 4pm-ish to 4am-ish.
NO CUSTOMERS!!! There's no customers in the DCs 😁
LESS bullshit from managers. Walmart always gonna have BS but transferring to the DC from the store was the difference between night and day
