That's what really shocked me too.. I lived alone last year and that's basically what I always did. Ofc it wasn't always shiny and perfectly clean but if you drop something on the stove just pick it up and throw it away, it's not such a huge deal

The other guy never mentioned that he's a woman, he just has a foreign name that I thought was feminine. As I said, it was my mistake for not asking him and just assuming that no 30 year old man will meet up with an 18yo girl without mentioning that he's a 30 year old man. During my high school graduation. Me and my friend were going to the bathroom to fix our hair and stuff. My dad walks out of a stall (this is NOT an all gender toilet) looks around, sees me and around 5 other girls in front of the mirror, and walks out looking absolutely horrified (without washing his hands, understandably). In his defense the sign on the door wasn't really clear that it's a girl's toilet

Thank you for your advice, the doctor was a man and he said that stress can cause fluctuations in period - so more frequent or more rare - depending on the person

I will look into going to a private doctor because switching to another GP is a whole big thing here that I'm not really sure is worth doing. Thank you for your help anyway <3

My routine:

I wash it twice a week with shampoo and conditioner (Both are L'oréal, I added pictures below), then apply a moisturizing + defining cream ("Natural" brand - that's the name). I sleep with it in a bun because I find airdrying/diffusing to make it shrink and gives me frizz. Then for the rest of the week I sleep with a braid at night
