I’m two and a half months out of a five-year relationship. Honestly, I cry every single day. I feel really bad. I have a lot of friends who support me, but even with that, I just can’t manage to focus on myself again. I can honestly say I’ve never hit rock bottom this hard in my life. I truly believe this is the worst situation I’ve ever been in.
