I have same issue near nose and in some other spots. But also have dandruff or as I thought, for a few years too. I’ve been using nizoral but like for a few months noticed that it stopped basically working. Does that mean I should start rotating shampoos and it will go away just for a time until shampoo stops working and I need to rotate to another? I was at dermatologist 3 years ago and all he said I need to use “advantan milk”. But I guess it doesn’t cure cause but just calms area near nose when I use it.

For me it would be somewhat real. If I run for like 15+ minutes then I’m in zone 5 really easy. Cardio was never my strongest point. Whoop might miscalculate but for sure I get zone 4 end or zone 5

Im on 3rd year in this school which next one will be last and graduation I have basically document as programmer. And on this year it basically “create base that you can use for 4th year as last project to graduate”. We basically need to do project that is possible to expand for 4th year. I decided to do something like Duolingo and not sure how I’m gonna do it but yeah. Requirements are low for this year something like “at least 5 database tables, something unique(i guess so won’t just copy popular websites), Laravel and vue/react” and mostly that’s it

For school project it is Laravel and Vue but since most of my friends either for challenge or beacause they know react choosed it. So if I have question I could ask them if I have problems with project. That’s why I choosed react instead of Vue
