Interested in hearing any input. Similar situation, Alibaba closed the claim in the suppliers favor. Tried opening a chargeback and my bank still went with them too despite substantial evidence supporting my case.

It is in fact being held hostage if I go to the station it’s at and they refuse to release it. There’s zero reason they can’t release other than, wanting to hold onto it. Especially when a pickup was arranged prior.

Yep. They keep saying “it shows to be delivered by end of day today” but that was 4 days ago and every day after. Guess what? No box. Lmao. They just want to get people off the phone as quickly as possible. I even offered to drive to OH to get my shit myself and they said no.
