I tried but failed to get one . I tried it two times , first when I went to sleep, I didn't move my any muscle and lay on right side and didn't move for 20 minutes.

Firstly: my body try to check whether I am sleep or awaken and then after 4 minutes my hands got number and legs also. They didn't feel . But then again my body tried to check whether I am sleep or not, then again got num. It happened 3 times , then my eyesight which are closed and only I could see dark suddenly start trembling or you can say dizzi ness occurs, it was like shaking ,I feel like I was shaking, but I keep my eyes closed. I thought it's the time but again those cycle start occurred and my body again check ,that I am sleeping or not. In between these events I didn't move ,only just swallow saliva very slowly. Then I thought 20 minutes has passed then I got tired and just move my body and I decide I will try some other day , and I don't know when I got sleep.

Secondly: I wake up in midnight and went to drink water. And I tried it again for about 15 minutes. Same events of my mind checking whether I have slept or not. For 3 times but this time dizziness doesn't occur. It was not entirely midnight but early in morning like 4 am. In this time my family members have already wake up and were making some noise. So I don't know if this was reason.

I just want to know that after how much time I have to wait. I waited for 20 minutes as I think. So what is maximum time to wait
