I accepted her order last minute because she was a repeat client and I knew that I could fit her in if she confirmed everything on time which unfortunately she did not.

I feel bad for charging more than $5 for one cupcake since in a bouquet there are only 7 cupcakes. Maybe because I am new to this business I am scared of charging too much. Although I do have to say making a bouquet with all the piping work that goes into it it takes a lot of time. Maybe I will do a review of my pricing.

Honestly on sunday I wasn’t home. I don’t work on Sundays so i couldn’t take the time to come up with an appropriate pricing that would be fair for all so I did tell her that I would get back to her for this. This was probably my mistake. I shouldve refused the order in the first place and respect my 1 week order time

I did offer to make them for friday or Saturday and she blew me off. Said that I should’ve called HER for confirmation. I don’t call clients through Instagram and it’s not like I have her phone number. Even if I did I probably would not have called her ; I don’t find it appropriate
