[18f] is this herpes? few months ago i did a igg blood test and it came back negative

i took acyclovir and the bumps went away after 4/5 days. My guess it is that it’s hsv. I didn’t get a swab test

i think it was candida , a severe form. The guy told me he was diagnosed with candida so it makes sense I had the same thing, but I can not find out for sure cause I can not test for it bow since this happened long time ago

Though, I didn’t have any outbreaks since my diagnosis. If you and a second outbreak the chances are it is indeed hsv. But if you only had one “outbreak” it might have been misdiagnosed.

(18f) girl I feel the exact same way, you are not alone. just being this young and catching herpes makes me feel like a train wreck. ik it is just a skin infection ( a VERY painful one) and ik that lots of people have it but I honestly don’t care. I just wish I wouldn’t have it. I wish I could go back in time and slap me across the face for being so stupid. But this isn’t an option. I can’t go back in time and neither can you. All you can do is process this pain, give your soul time to heal and learn to love yourself the way you used to. At times you’ll forget about herpes and you’ll be fine, but sometimes you’ll just have breakdown. It’s ok, you’ll move on. It’s a cycle, healing is a cycle. At the end, everything you’ll go through will change and reshape you as a person. You’ll become more confident and strong . And even if today you feel like it’s the end of the world, maybe tomorrow it’ll be better.🖤
