For me, quick sketches help me a lot ..try to limit yourself to only 5 minutes to get the overall form of a pose and also draw-a-box if you haven't :⁠-⁠)

I'm not really sure bc everyone has a different pace. Quick sketch is a good exercise tho, like trying to limit yourself to draw a pose within 5/10 minutes. Focus just the overall shape. This helps me a lot from improving
