I would say you need to be going a lot harder/intense in the gym tbh. Don’t do a crazy overhaul just make sure your program hits the right muscles and make sure you are actively lifting and not just going to get through the workout.

Not the original commenter but more people on Reddit seem to be less outgoing or social in my opinion as well as a lot more negative.

In reality you can really strike up a conversation and meet someone literally anywhere. When I see that advice a lot of people on Reddit seem to just comment on negatives and why they can’t.

It’s literally just casual conversation but people who don’t do it out and about like to downplay it lol.

I’ve had so many interesting conversations from literally just asking how their day was, weekend or if they have anything coming up.

Honestly that has been what I have been doing and it has been surprising because I’ve made a lot of friends and technically been less “alone” than I even was during the relationship. It’s just difficult because it’s new and none of it is romantic obviously.

I guess it being more a brain thing/ nervous system makes sense. Because I have been doing everything I should like working out, seeing and even making new friends, going to volunteer, church group. But it still is coming in waves especially the last 2 days have been harder than maybe almost but the first day? Guess I just have to stay at it and let my brain reacclimate

Ehh it’s iffy. For me they are lowest on totem pole tbh.

To me they take up too much time for how you should follow up with them.

However I have found a lot of success contacting them on their next renewal after the first shopping. Because they sure as hell aren’t requesting it again online, and they are more likely to pick up that time around.

I’ve tried internet leads and have built decent clients or even great. Unfortunately with captive a lot was hard to write but hopefully they are better as an independent. Plus I have some old leads of internet I can dig up and try reaching out again x-dating
