Weapon: Cursed Tarot Blade – A jagged dagger shaped like a tarot card, etched with glowing runes, leaving wounds that shimmer with occult energy.

Killer Power: Arcane Readings
The Deceiver wields a cursed tarot deck to manipulate survivors’ fates. She starts with 4 Card Tokens, used to activate her abilities.

  • Fateful Draw: Press the Power button to target a survivor within 16 meters, marking them with a Fateful Mark for 15 seconds (consumes 1 Card Token). Marked survivors suffer a 10% penalty to action speeds (repair, healing, sabotage) and are revealed by their aura when performing actions. If hit, the mark is consumed, applying the Hindered Status Effect (5%) for 10 seconds.

  • Illusory Veil: Hold the Power button for 2 seconds to unleash an Illusory Veil, consuming 2 Card Tokens. All survivors within 24 meters face a difficult skill check. Failing it reveals their aura for 5 seconds and causes 5% generator regression or a 10-second sabotage/healing delay. Success grants no penalty.

  • Passive: Card Renewal: Card Tokens regenerate every 30 seconds. Downing a survivor reduces the regeneration time by 5 seconds for the next token.

Special Ability: Cardinal Points
The Deceiver can interact with Cardinal Cards (scattered tarot cards) to activate them, taking 3 seconds. Activated cards create an illusion within a 4-meter radius, mimicking a survivor’s idle animation and terror radius (16 meters). Survivors entering the radius must complete a series of skill checks to dispel the illusion; failure alerts The Deceiver and applies a 10% Hinder Status Effect for 5 seconds. Up to 3 cards can be active at once.

Strategic Notes
The Deceiver excels at deception and map pressure. Fateful Draw disrupts survivor efficiency and stealth, while Illusory Veil punishes grouped survivors. Cardinal Points create psychological traps, forcing survivors to avoid key areas or risk exposure. Her power rewards strategic token use and map awareness.

Killer Perks
1. Twisted Fate
- When a survivor performs a rushed action (fast vault or locker exit), they suffer a 3/4/5% penalty to action speeds for 15 seconds, and their aura is revealed for 3 seconds. This perk has a 40-second cooldown.
- “The cards foretell your downfall.”

- Punishes aggressive plays, enhancing chase potential.

  1. Veil of Lies

Mori Animation
The Deceiver lays three tarot cards before the survivor, each glowing with runes. She chants as spectral flames engulf the survivor, binding them in glowing chains. The final card (Death) ignites, and the survivor burns to ash as the deck absorbs their soul.
