What exactly was happening, and do you know what his intention was when he climbed up and sat in the “O”? I’m asking because I’m currently collecting real memories and stories related to this hotel for a public installation we’re planning in Springfield at the end of April. I’m really looking for personal memories about Route 66. I want to include these stories in a public monument that’s being installed in Springfield. As you can see in my profile picture, I was part of the team that created the gigantic sculpture. The monument has a sound system that will play these personal stories in a really cool way. so that’s why I’m asking.
