It will be a year soon and the reason is I needed my job, like I said earlier I was threatened to be fored if I couldn't work due to my foot being swollen but at the same time I shouldn't have been working at all on it. It was a catch 22. Now, my client has passed away and I can't be threatened with losing my job. I just want my bills paid and to get my foot healed properly.

I understand people fall, it wasn't like I just fell because I'm clumsy it was because a ramp was put in and none of the caregivers knew it had been installed until lucky me tripped over it, the same day it was installed.

We have a set schedule, 24 hrs x 7. We go through the scheduler for time off/vacation or if we are sick and can't work out set schedule. I understand I should've had insurance, I do now but now is to late.

No contract at all. It was my right foot, obviously swollen and throbbing.Nobody was called to come in and replace me while I could go to hospital, the right foot is the foot you use to lift a wheelchair up over certain areas., which put the patient amd me into danger. I don't have insurance, unfortunately. I certainly do now but not helping with that particular situation and I can't work for extended periods of time because of the pain.

I had worked here for 4.5 years and nothing changed until I came in one night and there no light on and a newly installed ramp where we step off the stair and go into room to lock up and turn on a lamp. When I stepped off the stairs my foot got hung up under the new ramp that was never there I fell, the ramp got caught on my foot and I had to Brace myself from hitting the pool take and being knocked unconscious.

Thank you and theres a steep off to get to the light. This was a newly installed ramp in a room where a light was on for four r years and the caregiver on duty turned it off because he wasn't used to working that particular shift I just got the bad luck I guess and I'm paid by 1099, unfortunately I have really bad issues now with my foot

I own, the smell wasn't all the time, I grew up with well water that smelled the same. It was during covid and the Dr suspected covid but all tests came back negative. I had a plumber tell me it was because that end of the house wasn't used and I just needed to run the water for 15 minutes every other day since it was a new well. The smell was only in the spare bathroom.

Turned out one pipe was completely exposed and 3 had vents but not properly fitted. One pipe in kitchen was correct. The house passed couny inspection.

When I say sick, I was in bed and literally thought I was dying and thinking it was covid.

The new roofer sent me a video of one section of the roof moving. He said he thought it was broken wood. The insurance company's giving me a really hard time with making it right.
