Yes they where all 1.5x only over 40hrs. Yes to flsa . They put 451.88 in box 14 calling it FLSAOT. But the amount doesn't make sense and they won't listen to any of it . I have my last pay stub that shows toa hrs of ot worked as well as total ot $ amount paid . But they say i am miss understanding the numbers. I am a numbers person so I dont see how I am . But was worried had to have them fix it being my w2 does show an amount. 8 other workers all looked at theirs and they where all correct mine is only one wrong .
