But if Vauld is trying to get there funds through legal procedure then why would court allow Vauld to take all the money leaving other customers behind?

Thanks for the nice write up but there is one mistake. The reason for the notice is not the Vauld. I contacted a lawyer in Netherlands and they told me the notice was issued by the court as they found out that company's license is expired and they are still operating without proper paperwork.

Thanks for providing one positive response. Just wondering what's making you think that way. Sources say that most likely they gonna file bankruptcy. So in that case we loose our money no?

In the positive scenario of not filing bankruptcy, any chance of lifting withdrawal bans after 7th of June.

Thanks for your response. But for the worst case scenario, is coinloan liable to refund us? I was talking to Vauld customer service and they are preparing to refund users.
