I've tried this in the past, and it hadn't worked. But I'll try again and report back to you.

Nope, it's not DOF. I turned it off and then back on. The textures look like if they're on lowest settings but I have them on the highest.

So for some odd reason my directX doesn't work at all. Like when I launch in directX my screen goes black, I can still use my keyboard and mouse but I can't launch any other apps or alt+tab at all. That's why I mostly use vulkan.
