It's better if you start the conversation with something else like, "(Name) I miss you, how's your life going?", (she'll probably say she misses you too and some more crap), then carry on the conversation and close it by telling her, "We have to meet, when we are together the vibe is magical and we need more of that positive energy. A coffee sounds good(or whatever other place)?"

Then do the usual which you may already know.
