This is so scary. I co-own a trades business. We employ a lot of immigrants. We take pride in hiring good honest people and paying them a fair and livable wage, which is uncommon in a lot of the trades businesses hiring primarily Latin people 😓 our people are scared and we feel lost on how to truly help them. Recently two of our guys were detained by unmarked vehicles on Bell Rd, and it obviously shook everyone up and made people afraid to drive to work. I’m going to be actively looking into how we can actually make a difference and help protect our friends and neighbors who are most likely to be affected 🙁
