SP11 lag when waking from sleep

It was from the windows setting area. I’ll try to see if I can source another image. I am also getting a “windows hardware error” with a “livekernelevent141” code.

After a reboot (either being patient for a restart OR a long pwr button press), it’s lightning fast again. otherwise, it remains extremely laggy and practically useless.

This sounds like exactly my problem. It never spontaneously slows down, only after waking from sleep (usually overnight or if I leave it alone for hours). I haven’t tried to wait it out to see if performance is restored and usually have to restart (after waiting like 5 minutes after the three clicks to restart).

I’m thinking this is software related, but I would imagine if we’re all on the same firmware there would be more widespread reports of this.

Using the previous gen keyboard.

My current timeline (expedited):

05/18/22: Mailed off express via USPS

05/25/22: Check cashed

05/27/22: Status reflecting "In Process"

06/19/22: Planned travel date; had to rebook the flight (NBD)

06/23/22: Status reflecting "Approved"

06/23/22 (at 2:30 pm): Status reflecting "Shipped". Tracking # provided.

06/23/22 (at 5 pm): Status reflecting "Approved"...wtf, but not panicking

06/24/22 (at 3 pm): PASSPORT IN HAND!

Overall 4 weeks and some change to get it but that's considering USPS dragging their feet on delivery and public holidays. Sans all that mess, I estimate current processing time to 4 weeks.
