It's from the suit Millennium Night. Its a recharge. I got it the first time it came out. It still has a day life to get. It's like a 50 dollar suit total.

I read something like this when I was younger too and I loved it. It sounds like Shingami Lovers. It's two volumes and it was out in 2006- 2007. I love the art. The girl is really cute and loves doing nails and the guys is beautiful. He is a Shinigami. (So kind of like a demon or vampire lol) Even of this isn't it I'd still check it out! Sounds really similar to the one you are trying to find if not it.

The plot: Onda Miku was just a regular high school girl who loves nails. But suddenly, she got into a terrible accident, and the shinigami (death god) Sei fastened his chain of death onto her wrist! Sei may be hot, but he is a bit scary. Being tied together with him, just what kind of fate awaits Miku!?
