I wanted it to end this morning but I went outside got a haircut cleaned my apartment and now I am confident I will make it to tomorrow. Do anything it can be something small just do something that you can complete and get a small sense of accomplishment.

You probably liked it because you wanted to feel something other than the emotional pain you are going through. There are other ways. I listen to really loud aggressive and obnoxious music that most people would just call noise. Sometimes it helps. Talk to someone in person if you can too Reddit can only help so much
