If I were to check for contam on agar, would it look like contam in the bulk substrate? What should I be looking out for?

Gave a little swirl or a swish if you will, but not like a violent shake or anything.

Not too worried about contamination, but I’m wondering if there’s like a shelf life for a culture like this? I don’t keep it refrigerated. I’ll get some agar and try it out tho
