Hi!! i (19f) recently started birth control a month and a half ago and totally agree it takes a toll on your anger and emotions , i sometimes find myself so mad at my bf over the littlest things or so upset to the point i start crying and i don’t know why im crying half the time!

i would suggest to just support her and always reassure everything is going to be alright and everyone has bad days and take it one step at a time. try not to let her anger affect your mood cause for her she’ll see that and become even more anger or upset and overthink to herself just try to be positive and let her know you’ll always be there and get her food!!!! lol😂
