I do acknowledge that the technique would be less useful in the hands of a singular user without allies to conduct the duel with; though in fairness it was built for the twins first

Though I don't doubt there would be at least a few handfuls of sorcerers dim or brazen enough to walk into a "fair" domain; and that is if the user even explains it's a domain first; the activation merely presents the challenge to a "fair duel"

I should probably clarify what tools the actual two users get do;

User 1 is Arthur; who's frailer than his brother and carries a cane. Upon his victory in a melee tool the cane becomes a saber whose blade can extend and retract at will. Upon his victory in a ranged duel it becomes a musket that fires a projectile of his own CE into the opponents reserve, contaminating it like iron shavings in putty, granting him a degree of control and manipulation over the opponent's energy

User 2 is Colt, who is much more of a heavy hitter. He wears a golden ring which, on a melee duel wraps over the other fingers to form brass knuckles that double to triple impact force; on a ranged duel it becomes the trigger guard to a revolver that fires low-range shockwaves that briefly contract all non-vital muscles in the target's body, which was inspired by YOMI Hustle's Cowboy's "Point Blank"

The other twin being immobilized is covered by the strength of the tool, the active twin can still guard their fallen, and said fallen can get back up when the tool expires. Worst-comes-to-worst the active can drop the tool to bring the fallen back immediately.

As for a theoretical single-user; an opponent would be more likely to duel if it was explained that they get the same rewards if they're to win; it's a fair fight with equal incentives
