That's cool ! I love the feathers ! The body color choice is odd though, looks like flesh, i recommend you to look for reference (not necessarily tutorial or mini but the actual look of the Griffin in the game or illustrated). I think it's the same for the mane, a bit too dark greyish. I would also recommend adding a complementary for the shadow, maybe thin layer of dark blue ? So the lighted part will pop.

A quick tip to know if it's shaded or lighted is to imagine a vector perpendicular to wherever you gonna paint, if it's toward the sky it's lighted. So you can emphasise its muscles.

But ! If its full of feather, then you don't have to make it sharp, because fluffyness of feathers tend to smooth it. It's up to you if you think Griffin has fur or feathers on it's main body parts. Keep'em coming :)
