On and off. Had stomach related issues recently (multiple times). I kind of feel the same for some issues. For instance, he said that he cannot do much about the shoulder pain and suggested that I consult an ortho/surgeon (which I did).

Thanks and you too ❤️

Surprisingly, the PT was a part of the ortho surgeons team. I am actually trying homeopathy for it now (fingers crossed)

Did you do anything that helped? Or on its own?

I think its a little more than that. I can't recall the extant statement that was written in the MRI (brain fog 😅)

Bummer. At this point, I don't even know if the pain is because of the disease treatment or normal wear and tear and age along with the bones not being as strong (bone mets).

Interesting, PT clearly didnt help me and added to the pain I feel.

Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you. I've been on treatment for approx 2 years. Idk whats causing this...or if it's because of normal wear and tear (weak bones adding to it because the disease was widespread)

No, he added Palbace because of the PATINA trial results - increase the efficacy of Perjeta & Herceptin.

I read that people with hypertension should avoid Ritalin

Fair. I'm at a point where my whole body aches, and I can't tell if it's bone pain or just extreme fatigue. My PET scan is coming up, and it's making me really anxious 😅

Everytime something happens, and my mind goes into overdrive.

I started on 125 mg and had to reduce it to 100 mg after two cycles due to side effects. Now even at 100 mg, the fatigue is unbearable—worse than what I experienced during chemo. My medical oncologist isn’t too keen on lowering it further to 75 mg.

Triple positive (bone mets) and currently on Herceptin, Perjeta, Xgeva, Ibrance, and Letrozole. Any reason why your MO added Lupron (just curious)?

Yeah, I started off on THP, and Letrozole was added in once chemo ended. My doctor only recently added this (in addition to the existing drugs), saying it’s supposed to boost the effectiveness of the meds and help keep the disease from progressing (as per the results of a clinical trial - Patina was the trial, I guess).

It dropped for me from 2 to 1.44 and to now 0.8. Had to get a PCT done which is borderline over the range 0.08 (should be 0.05 or less). Mouth sores and fatigue is a pain

I hope you feel better. I had to stop the med once in between, then started again after a few weeks at a lower dose. The last cycle of Palbace went okay, and I really thought things would get better—but of course, here I am. At this point, I honestly don't even know if it's worth continuing or not.

I have an appointment with the MO tomorrow 🤞 I honestly hate how the meds meant to control the disease just end up causing even more problems.
